AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

First Trust may change these Terms at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes First Trust makes, as these are binding on you. If any provision of these Terms is held by any court or competent authority to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable under the laws of any jurisdiction, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms in that jurisdiction shall not be affected, and the legality, validity and enforceability of the whole of these Terms in any other jurisdiction shall not be affected.

LAW AND VARIATION
